Location: Remote (US). Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.

What you will do

  • Execute full-lifecycle technical recruiting across engineering, data science, ML/AI, infrastructure, and security disciplines.
  • Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing technical recruiting team to establish consistent hiring practices.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to increase sourcing effectiveness and recruiter productivity.
  • Partner with the SVP of Engineering and product leadership to translate business roadmaps into targeted talent strategies.
  • Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and workflows to support rapid growth.
  • Define and track key recruiting metrics to continuously improve pipeline conversion and quality of hire.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with 4+ years focused on technical roles (software engineering, data/ML, infrastructure).
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or senior IC role within a recruiting function.
  • Proven track record of hiring senior and staff-level engineers in high-growth startup environments.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms such as GEM, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
  • Authorized to work in the US or Canada.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for influencing leadership at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in healthtech, biotech, or other regulated industries.
  • Background in recruiting for specialized AI/ML roles.
  • Prior experience at a company during the Series B through Series D growth phase.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategy and workforce planning.
