Shift Supervisor-2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily production floor operations, including scheduling, staffing, and training
• Manage and motivate team members through coaching and periodic performance evaluations
• Optimize overall equipment effectiveness, achieve Takt time, and reduce lead time
• Collaborate with inter-departmental staff to improve productivity and quality standards
• Participate in lean manufacturing activities (6S, Kaizen) to improve products and reduce waste

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Working knowledge of Lean tools such as 6S and Kaizen
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
