What you will do

• Develop and maintain a Preventative Maintenance program to schedule and track building and equipment upkeep.
• Manage a Maintenance Request database to prioritize and assign repair tasks to the team.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and external contractors.
• Perform semi-skilled building maintenance, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety and quality processes within the facility.
• Serve as the on-call contact for after-hours facility alarms.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Boston Heights, OH
• Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Leadership and supervisory experience with knowledge of management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and operating manuals.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
