What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.
• Manage, train, and motivate production workers to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor processes to meet quality standards and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and provide safety training to staff.
• Identify efficiency gains and lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events, to reduce waste.
• Track raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement for material availability.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Fairport, NY.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
