What you will do

• Supervise daily activities of maintenance technicians, assigning work priorities and ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement initiatives to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Enforce safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance schedules in coordination with Production and oversee outside contractors.
• Utilize CMMS for documenting maintenance activities and managing spare parts inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or similar preferred.
• Experience leading teams or serving as a lead technician preferred.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Bozeman, Montana.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and OSHA safety regulations.
