What you will do

• Prepare the production floor for daily operations and monitor hourly output.
• Review production processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality requirements.
• Train and mentor team members on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and stakeholders regarding shift turnover and performance.
• Identify and implement improvement ideas to optimize work area efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with 6S standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.
• Must be able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic proficiency with computers and software including SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong conflict management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
