What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive audience growth and brand visibility.
• Manage and monitor all social media channels, ensuring high-quality content and active community interaction.
• Create compelling, shareable content including graphic design and video filming/editing.
• Plan, schedule, and distribute content while balancing original and user-generated material.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with presenters, producers, and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with brand objectives.

Requirements

• Strong background in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Proven experience in filming, video editing, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Deep understanding of the Beat brand, tone, and audience.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience executing targeted paid-social campaigns and live broadcasting.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, X for Business, and TikTok for Business.
• Knowledge of media copyright and the Irish radio/entertainment industry.
