What you will do

• Lead the creative strategy for AppLovin, establishing testing principles and performance patterns to scale the channel.
• Build a repeatable creative playbook that translates successful insights into actionable frameworks across multiple SKUs.
• Manage a structured testing roadmap covering hooks, angles, offers, and visual formats to improve campaign efficiency.
• Partner with media buyers to interpret performance data and influence campaign decision-making.
• Develop direct response ad concepts designed to attract attention and drive conversion for a female demographic aged 35–65.
• Identify bottlenecks in the acquisition journey and implement creative solutions to reduce friction and improve conversion quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DTC performance creative, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising.
• Deep familiarity with creative testing methodologies and direct response environments.
• Proven ability to think strategically across a portfolio of products rather than a single SKU.
• Strong commercial instincts with a track record of connecting creative decisions to acquisition outcomes.
• Proactive builder mentality with experience defining systems and best practices from the ground up.
• English: C1 proficiency required for all professional communication.
