What you will do

• Execute day-to-day campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, using data to influence strategy.
• Transform raw campaign data into actionable insights and dashboards to guide team decisions.
• Partner with Growth, Analytics, Creative, and Sales teams to build integrated, consistent messaging.
• Develop and implement testing agendas for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Apply a customer-centric lens to all marketing decisions to explain performance outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Deep working knowledge of Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, with experience in emerging platforms like TikTok.
• Proven experience in B2B or lead-generation marketing within fast-paced environments.
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and their business impact.
• Native or near-native fluency in English.
• Ability to aggregate and analyze high-volume raw campaign data.

Nice to have

• Experience in or exposure to the tech sector.
• Fluency in additional languages.
