What you will do

• Inject a "social-first" lens into all PR and communication briefs to create viral, shared moments.
• Develop social and influence capabilities into a scaled, profitable commercial revenue stream.
• Lead the agency's AI roadmap, driving the adoption and ethical use of generative AI tools.
• Educate and mentor the team on tracking metrics, data-driven methodologies, and native content creation.
• Manage high-level stakeholder relationships across Sport, Health, and Corporate sectors.

• Proven track record as a champion of social media and creator culture.
• Experience in change management and guiding teams through capability evolution.
• Tech-forward mindset with curiosity for AI adoption and prompt engineering.
• Background in PR and communications, specifically within regulated environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate analytics into profitable campaigns.
