Location: Remote (Availability to work 2 PM – 10 PM CET required)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for new providers, including document collection and system setup.
• Manage provider offboarding workflows and coordinate closures with Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.
• Build and maintain HR operational reports on lifecycle metrics such as time-to-onboard and completion rates.
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems including BambooHR, Notion, and Justworks.
• Identify manual inefficiencies in workflows and implement automation via Notion and Zapier.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration with a strong operational focus.
• Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding and offboarding cases in parallel.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (BambooHR is a strong advantage) and advanced Notion skills.
• Strong analytical skills for building structured reports and dashboards.
• English: C1+ written and spoken required.
• Russian: Fluent required.
