What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Paris office operations, including workspace coordination, vendor management, and facility requests.
• Handle French payroll, collect payroll changes, and ensure compliance with benefits and PTO.
• Execute end-to-end onboarding for new French hires to reduce administrative load on leadership.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide backup support for HR administration.
• Coordinate logistics for company offsites and on-site gatherings.
• Track company assets and manage office budgeting and purchasing.

Requirements

• Experience or strong curiosity in HR operations, payroll, or office management.
• Based in Paris with ability to be regularly present in the office.
• Native or near-native French proficiency (C2).
• Professional English proficiency (B2).
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable using new tools, AI, and automation.
