What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing feedback, documentation, and facilitating weekly supervision sessions.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions and coordinate care with community providers.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive case records.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agencies.
• Lead treatment team meetings and provide in-service training on current addiction treatment trends.
• Implement new clinical programs and advise on effective caseload management.

Requirements

• Licensure: CADC-S, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boise, ID
• Deep knowledge of human behavior and the rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Familiarity with substance abuse populations and clinical treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to make decisions in stressful situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with standard office equipment.
