What you will do

• Provide on-site consultation and support to managers and employees in Wichita, KS.
• Conduct assessments to determine Service Agreements and Recovery Plans for referred employees.
• Manage mandatory Drug Free Workplace referral processes.
• Deliver critical incident response services and facilitate benefit promotion events.
• Provide solution-focused mental health counseling and manage member/organizational crises.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation according to risk management standards.

Requirements

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in the state of Kansas (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
• Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
• Proficiency in delivering management consultations and critical incident responses.
• Ability to provide safety planning and intervention for high-risk clients.
• Tech-savviness and efficiency in adopting new digital platforms.

Nice to have

• SAP qualification or CEAP certification.
• Supervisory experience or experience working with HR professionals.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Experience working with union populations and manufacturing workplace cultures.
