What you will do

• Provide executive oversight for digital health portfolios, including AI-enabled clinical documentation and connected health solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for enterprise digital health transformation across the Veterans Health Administration.
• Direct complex, multi-workstream programs from concept through enterprise deployment and sustainment.
• Manage program governance, staffing, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary interface with senior government stakeholders, clinical leaders, and technology partners.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams consisting of clinical, technical, and operational personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, digital health, or program management.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs or portfolios.
• Proven experience leading complex healthcare technology implementations or digital transformation efforts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or Department of Defense.
• Knowledge of telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and digital health ecosystems.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Healthcare Informatics certifications.
