TL;DR

Salary: $108,000–$165,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of 6-8 new AP course and exam development initiatives.
  • Establish integrated project management processes, governance structures, and communication plans for the full development lifecycle.
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar budget, including financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and coach a team of project managers and an associate director to achieve operational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning across AP and hirify.global teams to ensure successful course launches.
  • Oversee the operational impact of course changes on curriculum, assessment, and professional learning.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in program/project management or large-scale operational leadership, preferably in education.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and interdependent workstreams.
  • High level of proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and analysis.
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 6-8 times annually.
