• Own initiative outcomes end-to-end, managing complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Deep program management experience with a proven track record of cross-functional (XFN) ownership.
• Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve problems when standard playbooks fail.
• Proven ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments (preferred).
