Salary: $215,000 - $275,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic ecosystem initiatives from concept and launch to post-mortem.
  • Orchestrate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and regional GTM teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Translate high-level ecosystem strategy into actionable project plans, structured workflows, and milestones.
  • Optimize the pipeline by improving visibility and coordination from sourcing to deal acceleration.
  • Establish project governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, and the creation of execution playbooks.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or GTM operations in tech companies.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the Startup and VC ecosystem and GTM pipeline generation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in project management tools.

  • Experience in AI, cloud, or other leading technology companies.
  • Proven success leading large-scale initiatives with high impact.
