What you will do

• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker and Workday Discovery Boards
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to streamline analysis and automate reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with audit standards
• Create documentation for data sources, methodologies, and metrics
• Develop polished presentations to communicate insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, HR, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years in People Analytics, HR Operations, or data-focused role
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, index/match)
• Experience building dashboards in Looker and Workday
• Strong presentation and communication skills for data storytelling
• Familiarity with audit processes and data accuracy/compliance

Nice to have

• SQL and database querying experience
• AI/NLP tools for unstructured data analysis
• Understanding of HR data structures, especially Workday HCM
• Curious mindset for deep insights
