What you will do

• Implement creative candidate attraction campaigns, including email and mobile outreach.
• Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• High School diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
