Salary: $107,000–$134,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic external oncology alliances.
- Lead initial partnership assessments to evaluate secondary-use importance and strategic alignment.
- Own day-to-day legal coordination, including contract management and protocol reviews.
- Establish governance frameworks and communication plans for high-trust collaborations.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, IP boundaries, and data-sharing rights.
- Partner with internal program managers to translate strategic objectives into operational plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or Molecular Biology required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in alliance or relationship management within biotech, pharma, or diagnostics.
- Sophisticated understanding of the oncology landscape, biomarker development, and clinical trials.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex legal agreements and compliance standards like HIPAA.
Nice to have
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant scientific field.
