What you will do

• Oversee coordination of team activities, communications, and organizational engagement initiatives.

• Provide strategic oversight for clinical programs, KPI monitoring, and operational enablement.
• Manage departmental budget, including purchase order approvals and financial accrual processes.
• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably within a health plan or hospital system.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
