What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 25-30 hospital system supply chain clients to ensure they derive maximum value from Value Analysis tools.
• Provide expert advisory on medical device selection and introduction strategies to enable financially-impactful decisions.
• Develop and deploy tactics to increase solution adoption, engagement, and user satisfaction.
• Create scalable client resources, including user guides, presentations, and best practice recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide product feedback and develop marketing content like webinars and blog posts.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and user group meetings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a hospital-based leader for strategic sourcing and/or value analysis or as an external consultant.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence senior healthcare leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced growth company environment.
• Degree from a recognized four-year institution.
• Ability to travel 30-40% to client sites as necessary.
