Partner Success Manager (Healthcare): Ensuring the satisfaction, adoption, and growth of AI-powered clinical documentation solutions within enterprise health systems with an accent on building strong relationships with clinicians and administrators. Focus on driving product utilization, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as the voice of the customer to internal product teams.
Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: Monday/Wednesday/Friday in office).
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 base salary, plus $26,000 – $30,000 in equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and clinicians to ensure retention and growth.
- Provide product training and onboarding support to ensure optimal utilization of solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with executive stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and value attainment.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to drive product and service improvements.
- Monitor and communicate key metrics including clinician satisfaction and adoption rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in or with enterprise businesses, preferably health systems.
- Proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and challenges faced by large health enterprises.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex software solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
