What you will do

• Formulate, fill, inspect, and package sterile pharmaceutical products in an automated production and packaging facility.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and assemble production equipment; assist with major equipment overhauls, repairs, and installations.
• Execute production recipes and operate formulation, sterile filling, inspection, and packaging equipment using SAP and MES systems.
• Perform bulk thaw, dilution, formulation operations, environmental monitoring, manual inspection of vials, and preparation of sterile components.
• Maintain accurate documentation for accountability and traceability; report on equipment, supplies, repairs, process concerns, and improvements.
• Follow cGMPs, SOPs, product recipes, and hirify.global standards; adhere to plant safety policies and perform safety audits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years (within the last 7 years) of experience operating complex mechanical equipment used in washing, filling, conveying, sealing, inspection, and packaging.
• Computer literate: ability to interface with computer systems and PLC-based logic.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web pages, and email.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Must be able to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and complete required overtime.
