What you will do

• Test, maintain, and operate steam boilers.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, heating, and minor carpentry systems.
• Provide ongoing support for HVAC, power distribution, and process water systems through preventative maintenance and modifications.
• Maintain the facility's exterior, including landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and fire/life safety systems.
• Support Hot Fire testing operations and participate in the Safety Committee.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools; working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Steam boiler certification or willingness to attend school weekly to obtain certification.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
