What you will do

• Respond to and resolve maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks to ensure building standards.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests and residents.
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure operational excellence.
• Escalate complex maintenance issues to leadership appropriately.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent building issues.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of experience in skilled labor or maintenance roles.
• 6+ months of experience with appliances, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC repairs.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated understanding of general maintenance and safety procedures.
