What you will do

• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Perform initial CV reviews and shortlist direct applications.
• Conduct virtual screening interviews and review one-way video interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain system accuracy and compliance for reporting and analytics.
• Support proactive talent pipelining for future business roles.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UK with the legal right to work.
• Proven hands-on experience in a dedicated recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience managing high-volume coordination and administrative tasks.
• Solid experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience in or understanding of the tech space and AI tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
