Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through market insight and talent strategy advice.
• Identify and win new business through proactive networking and outreach.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the established UK Cloud team to deliver high-impact talent solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within the tech or digital space.
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Confidence in sourcing talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Solid negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bullhorn CRM.
• Deep understanding of cloud technology markets.
