What you will do

• Maintain strong relationships with an existing customer portfolio primarily via phone and email, understanding drivers for usage.
• Identify customers showing early signs of reduced fuel spend, investigate reasons, and propose suitable solutions.
• Contact customers passed over from New Business and Customer Support teams.
• Provide best-possible customer service by reviewing and responding to customer emails and correspondence.
• Ensure customers are confident using the online Account Management portal (My Fleet Hub) and keep customer data accurate.
• Cross-sell hirify.global’s fleet products and services and achieve KPI targets tied to monthly commission.
