Salary: £26,000 starting salary (£36,500 OTE)

What you will do

• Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers to ensure fair deals for both parties.
• Act as a trusted expert for car sellers, delivering a seamless post-auction experience.
• Drive conversions and meet productivity targets to maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure sellers and dealers are perfectly aligned.
• Contribute to product development by testing new features and providing honest feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles where you worked with targets and KPIs.
• Proven track record of hitting targets within a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in negotiation skills via phone and email.
• Strong ability to build rapport and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm.
