What you will do
- Translate complex business needs into scalable backend requirements and user stories.
- Analyze system dependencies, API documentation, and data mappings across distributed platforms.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead refinement ceremonies and ensure backlog items meet the Definition of Ready.
- Validate API interactions and security standards using tools like Postman and Swagger.
- Mentor junior BA colleagues and promote iterative, value-driven development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- Strong understanding of distributed architectures, message flows, and system integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and API security best practices.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques such as sequence diagrams, BPMN, or UML.
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for documentation and backlog management.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
