What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and technical documentation to outline product features.
• Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.
• Provide technical support, create integration manuals, and conduct product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Figma (UI/UX design).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required.
• Alignment with Central European Time (CET) time zone.
