What you will do

• Lead the Hot & Cold systems portfolio strategy for Europe and Indonesia, with Germany as the primary market.
• Define 3–5 year portfolio roadmaps, including lifecycle management and service offerings per market.
• Identify and prioritize innovation and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects based on customer needs and regulatory trends.
• Build and drive business cases for development and investment, owning accountability for sales, margin, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional technical development projects from conceptualization to market launch.
• Coordinate strategic alignment between R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience in a B2B environment.
• Technical degree in engineering, building systems, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
• Deep expertise in building systems, HVAC, plumbing, heating, or pipes and fittings.
• Proven track record in innovation, business case development, and international product launches.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Based in or able to work from Belgium or Germany.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Additional education in business or marketing.
• Proficiency in German.
