Product Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Markt Schwaben, Bavaria, Germany; occasional travel required. Mobile working and remote work abroad are available as company benefits.

What you will do

• Represent product needs to customers and communicate customer needs to product development.
• Monitor end-user feedback and manage product evolution in the market.
• Define product roadmaps, software release restrictions, and risk lists.
• Supervise and advise Scrum teams to meet software expectations.
• Track development targets and contribute to the digital product and data strategy.
• Lead product marketing materials, sales tools, presentations, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or scientific field, or comparable professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience shaping complex software or data-driven products as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong English communication skills required; German fluency preferred.
• Experience with agile software development, including Scrum or Kanban, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization, with strong analytical, strategic, customer-oriented, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, and the definition of done; willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in consumer health or the pharmaceutical industry.
