Product Manager (Pharma)

What you will do

• Act as the primary voice of the customer to product development and vice versa.
• Monitor market feedback and manage the evolution of products throughout their lifecycle.
• Supervise and advise scrum teams to ensure software expectations and quality standards are met.
• Determine product roadmaps and contribute to the holistic digital product and data strategy.
• Lead the creation of marketing materials, sales tools, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare software release restrictions and manage risk lists for product development.

Requirements

• University degree with a technical or scientific focus or comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in shaping complex software or data-driven products.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• German language proficiency is preferred.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Previous working experience in consumer health or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Additional language skills.
