Senior Product Manager (Manufacturing)

Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, driving commercial growth in gas appliance applications, and managing product roadmaps from development through obsolescence.

Location: Must be based in Export, PA (Onsite)

What you will do

• Execute the Stage Gate Process to identify and launch new products.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategies, including roadmaps and lifecycle management.
• Maximize product line performance through sales growth, profitability, and cash-flow generation.
• Manage New Product Development (NPD) launch plans, including budgets and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine go-to-market strategies and channel management.
• Conduct competitive analysis and maintain market penetration databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field required (MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of related Product Management experience, ideally within the gas appliance market.
• Commercial grade gas appliance experience (OEM and/or Foodservice) required.
• Proven leadership ability to manage virtual teams and work across a matrix.
• Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for training and customer visits.
