Focus on scaling earning systems across markets with experimentation and guardrails while balancing delivery time, cost efficiency, rider experience, and system reliability.

What you will do

  • Own critical projects and OKRs for Payments & Incentives initiatives.
  • Set overall product direction, priorities, and performance for Payments & Incentives.
  • Lead, support, and develop five Product Managers across rider calculations, settlements, automation, incentives, and rider performance products.
  • Drive alignment across teams and enable PM autonomy while making trade-offs between delivery time, cost efficiency, rider experience, and system reliability.
  • Guide safe feature rollouts across markets using experimentation and guardrails.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and operations; act as main product contact for senior stakeholders (Tech M2s, data leads, operations) and communicate progress, impact, and risks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience and 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience with payment backend, payment algorithms, and customer-facing earnings management products.
  • Track record of conceptualizing and launching B2B product solutions with continuous improvement.
  • Experience engaging and managing diverse global stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
