What you will do
- Own critical projects and OKRs for Payments & Incentives initiatives.
- Set overall product direction, priorities, and performance for Payments & Incentives.
- Lead, support, and develop five Product Managers across rider calculations, settlements, automation, incentives, and rider performance products.
- Drive alignment across teams and enable PM autonomy while making trade-offs between delivery time, cost efficiency, rider experience, and system reliability.
- Guide safe feature rollouts across markets using experimentation and guardrails.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and operations; act as main product contact for senior stakeholders (Tech M2s, data leads, operations) and communicate progress, impact, and risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience and 4+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with payment backend, payment algorithms, and customer-facing earnings management products.
- Track record of conceptualizing and launching B2B product solutions with continuous improvement.
- Experience engaging and managing diverse global stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
