What you will do

• Implement company culture, values, and policies across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and execute workforce strategies for recruitment and talent development.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and guiding disciplinary actions.
• Oversee the new hire orientation process and maintain accurate employee records.
• Advocate for employee retention and manage apprenticeship programs.
• Promote employee advancement and recognition efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
