Compensation: $66,370 base salary + $19,185 annual bonus target

What you will do

• Administer compensation programs, including salary planning and variable pay initiatives.
• Manage HR transactions such as payroll, promotions, transfers, and new hires.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze compensation trends and HR data to support competitive pay practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, HRIS, Compensation, or Performance Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Experience with basic statistics and data analysis.
