What you will do

• Review contract documentation to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations and tender review activities.
• Provide commercial and contractual support to project managers and teams.
• Assist with project cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage applications for payment, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation.
• Support the management of contractual variations, claims, and disputes.

Requirements

• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in civil engineering, ground investigation, or the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and ICC contracts.
• Experience managing commercial, contractual, and financial processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and IT skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
