What you will do

• Provide key financial data for internal month-end P&L submissions.
• Perform cost forecasting, risk analysis, and cost ledger analysis using SAP and Power BI.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, including Early Warning notifications and payment certificates.
• Conduct commercial auditing of subcontracts, including payment applications and claims.
• Execute change management, including assessment and notification of compensation events.
• Facilitate subcontractor progress meetings and ensure accurate value determination.

Requirements

• Proven experience on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC4 Option B contracts.
• Familiarity with the NAECI agreement.
• Proficiency in Standard Method of Measurement.
• Strong bias toward contractor-side working environments.
