What you will do
- Manage profitability, cash management, and cost control for assigned rail schemes.
- Submit applications, control credit processes, and handle pricing of variations.
- Produce cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and cost-to-complete reports.
- Manage the full sub-contract cycle and prepare necessary sub-contract documentation.
- Review weekly site records, including allocation sheets and site diaries.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial performance reports and attend project progress meetings.
Requirements
- Professional experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within the rail or infrastructure sector.
- Understanding of change control systems, project risk, and income forecasting.
- Ability to independently manage sub-contract payments and liabilities.
- Strong commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ashford, UK
