What you will do

• Manage profitability, cash management, and cost control for assigned rail schemes.
• Submit applications, control credit processes, and handle pricing of variations.
• Produce cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and cost-to-complete reports.
• Manage the full sub-contract cycle and prepare necessary sub-contract documentation.
• Review weekly site records, including allocation sheets and site diaries.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial performance reports and attend project progress meetings.

Requirements

• Professional experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within the rail or infrastructure sector.
• Understanding of change control systems, project risk, and income forecasting.
• Ability to independently manage sub-contract payments and liabilities.
• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ashford, UK
