What you will do

• Manage month-end financial reporting, including WIP and journal returns.
• Oversee change management processes, including compensation events and contract notifications.
• Conduct cost analysis using SAP and Power BI to track project performance.
• Liaise with clients regarding payment applications, compensation events, and commercial queries.
• Perform remeasurement of BOQ and calculate star rates.
• Oversee subcontract management and value analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hull, UK.
• Extensive experience in major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC4 Option B contracts.
• Familiarity with the NAECI Agreement and Standard Method of Measurement.
• Basic knowledge of P6 scheduling software.
