What you will do

• Lead validation pricing activities and provide monthly cost advice to clients.
• Manage procurement, payments, and claims for planning application workstreams.
• Maintain live monthly reconciliation and ensure audit readiness for internal and client reviews.
• Act as the sole commercial lead for planned maintenance leaseholder recovery programmes.
• Negotiate and process subcontractor applications and payments to protect project margins.
• Produce accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations, forecasts, and cash projections.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, social housing, or maintenance.
• Strong expertise in cost validation, reconciliation, forecasting, and cash management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data interrogation and live cost tracking.
• Solid understanding of cost coding, allocation controls, and audit trail requirements.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dartford, UK.
• Valid driving licence for required travel.

Nice to have

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial qualification.
• CSCS card at the appropriate level.
