What you will do

• Drive the day-to-day execution of large, complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Implement evaluation methods to assess programme strengths and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Foster and grow the innovation ecosystem by managing relationships with startups, mentors, and corporate partners.
• Coordinate high-quality matches between startups and corporate members to facilitate collaboration.
• Plan and deliver networking activities, including meetups, workshops, pitch coaching, and Demo Days.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage programme communications and community newsletters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's or MBA strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing complex programmes, including PMO and scrum.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven ability to maintain momentum and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders with diverse priorities.
