What you will do
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, schedules, and benefit realization plans.
- Govern methodology, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and cross-project dependencies.
- Coordinate executive sponsors, business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Integrate communications, training, adoption tracking, and change management activities.
- Forecast and report program financials, allocate resources, and consolidate KPIs for leadership.
- Mentor project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts while driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5–7+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programs.
- Strong experience with business processes, change management, program budgets, forecasting, and vendor management.
- 3+ years of experience in people leadership or coaching without direct reports.
- Knowledge of PMI, Agile, and SAFe frameworks, plus program management and financial tracking tools.
- Fluent English required.
