What you will do

• Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Act as the central governance point for methodology, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with executive sponsors and stakeholders to integrate change activities and measure benefit realization.
• Forecast, track, and report program financials and allocate resources for successful delivery.
• Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, and technical experts to raise program competency.
• Consolidate program status, KPIs, and financials for leadership while driving process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or related (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management leading complex transformation programs.
• 3+ years of experience in a people-leader or coaching role.
• Strong knowledge of program management frameworks such as PMI, Agile, or SAFe.
• Proven experience managing vendors and program budgets/forecasting.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
