Technical Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Georgia, with the office in Tbilisi, Tbilisi Capital District

What you will do

• Own large, organisation-wide technical programs from initiation and scoping through architecture, execution, launch, and adoption.
• Coordinate multiple product teams and partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Prioritise and phase initiatives, manage schedules, and resolve risks, dependencies, capacity conflicts, and cross-program issues.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions covering system scalability, reliability, technical KPIs, and SLAs.
• Establish program frameworks, operating cadences, decision points, communication models, and continuous improvement processes.
• Partner with senior product and engineering leadership, communicate with executives, and mentor Technical Program Managers.

Requirements

• Experience building software or leading engineers, with the technical depth to work effectively with staff engineers and architects.
• Experience owning complex programs across multiple teams, services, platforms, vendors, or markets.
• Ability to scope ambiguous product intent, make prioritisation and phasing decisions, and evaluate product-versus-technology trade-offs.
• Strong understanding of architecture-level implementation, system design, scalability, reliability, risks, dependencies, and technical KPIs.
• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering Directors, VPs, the CTO, and CPO on priorities, goals, and trade-offs.
