Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple product teams to ensure value delivery within expected timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering managers to achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, identify potential issues, and communicate status to key stakeholders.
• Oversee priorities, risks, and dependencies across programs.
• Establish processes for continuous improvement of delivery, discovery, and quality metrics.
• Facilitate project and program-level events.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery/Program management roles.
• Hands-on experience in product development working directly with engineering and product teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, structure ambiguity, and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Technical background in engineering, analytics, or systems thinking.
• Proficiency in AI tooling for analysis, documentation, and automation.
