Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2 days per week

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Commercial, and G&A functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on profiles, and set interview plans.
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels to build role-relevant pipelines.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication.
- Prioritize and manage multiple roles in parallel based on business needs and timelines.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices through fair and consistent sourcing and selection approaches.
Requirements
- 6+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and commercial roles in fast-paced environments.
- Experience hiring across a range of functions and levels, from Individual Contributors to Managers.
- Ability to run complex end-to-end searches and align stakeholders with minimal oversight.
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent tools.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2 days per week.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
