TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2 days per week

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Commercial, and G&A functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on profiles, and set interview plans.
  • Source and engage top talent through multiple channels to build role-relevant pipelines.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple roles in parallel based on business needs and timelines.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices through fair and consistent sourcing and selection approaches.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and commercial roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience hiring across a range of functions and levels, from Individual Contributors to Managers.
  • Ability to run complex end-to-end searches and align stakeholders with minimal oversight.
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent tools.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2 days per week.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German.
