What you will do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling permanent hiring solutions.
• Deliver tailored permanent recruitment offerings for global, regional, and new business clients.
• Proactively hunt for new business and maximise GP revenue.
• Demonstrate hirify.global’s full suite of services both internally and in client-facing settings.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management (recruitment experience preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build relationships.
• Tenacity and determination to succeed, with a focus on achieving targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
