Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology)

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom; hybrid working model with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Develop and rebuild the Software Development recruitment specialism across Northern Ireland.
• Build and maintain relationships with central government organisations and key decision-makers.
• Engage in-house recruiters, directors, and line managers.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for interim roles.
• Prepare reports, ensure compliance, and contribute to internal projects.
• Support the development and growth of the Business Support team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above.
• Proven track record in business development and recruitment.
• Drive, ambition, resilience, and the ability to inspire others.
• Ability to develop a market across Northern Ireland, including Belfast and Derry.
