Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology): Developing and rebuilding a Software Development recruitment specialism across Northern Ireland with an accent on business development, client relationships, and interim candidate recruitment. Focus on sourcing and screening technology candidates, engaging decision-makers, and building a market-leading recruitment desk across the region.
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom; hybrid working model with flexible working hours.

What you will do
- Develop and rebuild the Software Development recruitment specialism across Northern Ireland.
- Build and maintain relationships with central government organisations and key decision-makers.
- Engage in-house recruiters, directors, and line managers.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for interim roles.
- Prepare reports, ensure compliance, and contribute to internal projects.
- Support the development and growth of the Business Support team.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above.
- Proven track record in business development and recruitment.
- Drive, ambition, resilience, and the ability to inspire others.
- Ability to develop a market across Northern Ireland, including Belfast and Derry.
